Patient Information leaflets @ WMUH

We have compiled a list of WMUH patient information leaflets (pleas note: this is not complete list) to break the barriers of accessing information (after conducting a survey at AMU) with the aim to help clinicians to access information easily and print the leaflets when necessary to help patients. These leaflets provide guidance and advice to patients and carers.

Please note: some of the leaflets can be accessed only on the Trust networked computers. If you are a patient or carer and would like to print any leaflet please ask your health care staff.
