Finding the Evidence

 How to find the evidence?

One of the key stages in planning your research is finding out what evidence already exists – has your research question already been answered?

The library can help you with this, either by completing a literature review for you, or teaching you the skills to do the search yourself.

To request a literature search, please complete our online form

To request training (1:1 or group sessions available), please contact us to arrange a date and time suitable for you.

Search all our resources using Knowledge and Library Hub – Login with your OpenAthens account to access all the resources, if you don’t have openAthens account you can register here

You can access individual bibliographic healthcare databases via the provider platforms OvidEBSCO and Proquest using your OpenAthens login (If you don’t have OpenAthens account, register for an account here).  If you need any help, please contact us. Please see the resource guide for researchers.
