The scheme provides a door-to-door transport service for people with permanent or long-term disabilities who are unable or virtually unable to use public transport.

Your mobility may need to be assessed but you qualify automatically if you have a Hounslow Taxicard, receive the higher rate mobility component of Disability Living Allowance, are registered blind, receive the higher rate of Attendance Allowance or a war pensioners mobility supplement or are over 85.
