Parkinson’s Service (Hounslow): The Parkinson's Service is a community-based team with specialist knowledge of all aspects of the condition, comprising nursing therapy and pharmacy support.

Integrated Neurological Services: Provides ongoing rehabilitation and support to people with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Strokes and their families through self-help therapy groups and home visits led by experienced, qualified therapy staff. Links with Social Services and Health  professionals. Involved with Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Medical Students. Support for carers, family and care assistants.
