Advice Services  

If you are

bullet recovering from a stay in hospital
bullet living with a long term health condition or disability
bullet finding it harder to cope as you get older

you can get practical advice on a wide range of topics, including benefits, health costs, debts, pensions and making a will.

If you need advice about your health, you should always talk to your doctor or nurse. You can also call NHS 111 for health advice and reassurance 24 hours a day. Many health charities have specialist helplines, run by nurses and trained advisers.

Ruils An independent grassroots organisation supporting individuals to live independently in their community. Organises local self-advocacy groups.
 
NHS complaints advocacy  The NHS Complaints Advocacy Service is a free and independent service that can help you make a complaint about a National Health Service (NHS).
