Keep Fit Association:The Keep Fit Association offers fitness through movement, dance and exercise. It is a national governing body supported by the Sport England and recognised by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) KFA classes include teaching adults, older adults, children, and seated frail elderly and will improve stamina, strength and suppleness, improve movement skills in balance, agility, rhythmic ability, co-ordination and posture.
