Stroke Ex-Patient Meeting: Open to all stroke patients their families and friends.1st Monday of every month from 2pm - 4pm.

Integrated Neurological Services: Provides ongoing rehabilitation and support to people with Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Strokes and their families through self-help therapy groups and home visits led by experienced, qualified therapy staff.

Upbeat Heart Support Group: Information Desk at West Mid Hospital

This is situated in the atrium opposite the main reception desk and is staffed every Tuesday and Wednesday by volunteers with free advice and literature available

Hounslow Stroke Prevention and Patient Support Group : Hounslow Stroke Prevention and Patient Support Group provides stroke prevention and patient support activities.The group intends to hold meetings with health professional guest speakers to give talks on stroke complications, treatments and how to improve self care of an ongoing condition.

Aphasia Group Harrow: This group is affiliated to Speakability. It isun by volunteers and meets every Wednesday 10.30 -12.30  at The Lodge 64, Pinner Road Harrow HA1 4HZ. It offers activities to encourage communication, social activities and outings.
