Cultural, spiritual and religious beliefs - Handbook produced by South Devon Healthcare NHS Trust
Emergency Multilingual Phrasebook - produced and updated by the British Red Cross Society with advice and funding from the Department of Health and endorsed by the British Association for Emergency Medicine (BAEM). It covers the most common medical questions and terms to help first contact staff communicate with patients who do not speak English and make an initial assessment while an interpreter is contacted. Ethnic Alcohol Counselling in Hounslow (EACH): Services for people with alcohol and mental health problems in the minority and other communities, offering information, counselling, structured day-care and home visiting as well as complimentary therapies such as shiatsu, reiki and acupuncture to help rehabilitation.

Ethnic Health and Education Development (EHAED):
